hey could someone please tell me to increase your sneak skill without paying for training?

Hold the sneak button down constantly. If you don't have anything better to do, just sneak around Balmora or something. Just be sure that no one can see you, as Im sure your sneak skill will only level like that.

Level up it's governing attribute. Join the Thieves Guild. If you wanna spend the time sneaking around. Make use of your sneaking skills and steal stuff while your at it.
