Fender Standard Stratocaster

Finish: Arctic White
Fretboard: Maple
Pickup configuration: SSS
Neck: bolt-on
Nut: Bone Alternitive
Stock Strings: .009 .011 .16 .024 .034 .042
Price Paid: $349.69
Purchased From: Musicians friend

Finish and Design: great looking. Nice Stage Apearance. Simple and light. Doesn't chip even when dropped on concrete. Solid (10)

Sound: Verry versitile. I can use it for everything from Steve Vai, to David Guilmore (Pink Floyd), to Slash (GnR), and anywhere in between. I can get any sound out of this guitar that I want. (10)

Action and Factory setup: Very low action. no fret buzz. Came set up perfectly except for stock Strings. Good setup on tuners, Bridge, and Pickguard. Very Fast neck. (9)

Quality: Verry well made. Had one Factory Blem. Not noticeable unless you were looking for it. Strong guitar. Can deal with a lot of abuse. (8)

Overall: Great guiitar. may need to ajust a few things when you get it. great quality. Close to American Standards. good either second or third guitar. Overall I think it is a great guitar that no musician could Hate. (9)

I had one of these and I liked it. I ended up swapping the pickups with Dimarzios in an H-S-H setup, and eventually swapped the middle pickup with a mini humbucker. :D Later, I had a Kahler bridge isntalled, and it was the shiznit.

Peopel can say what they want about Mexican Fenders. I think they're great guitar for the money. With a little tiome and extra cash, you have a guitar that's jsut as good as an American strat.

I have one. Swapped the bridge for a Duncan Hot rail. I wouldnt give it such a great review but considering the price it's not bad.

I got a US Strat of the same above description. Tried the Mex one but it just wasn't the same feel. Looks stunning in arctic white with the whole maple neck thing going on. US or otherwise, a great axe to own.

I absoloutly love my mexi strat.

I got an HSS that sounds nice but i wanna swap out the humbucker for something else, I don't know what else though, probably some noiseless vintage pickups or something.
