Help playing my game!

Okay so I can't get Star Wars Jedi Knight II to run. This is what happens:

solutions

- reinstall star wars jedi knight II
- make sure you have the latest verion of directx (i think its 9.0c)
- make sure you have you have the latest drivers for your video card
- make sure your computer suits the system requirements to run star wars jedi knight II

The only thing I'm not sure of is the video card, since we recently got a new one. I'll check that.

edit: How do I see what video card we have?

start>settings>control panel>display then click on the "settings" tab and it should say.

which windows are you using? windows xp? windows 98?

True, but some computers just have a curse on them with certain games and certain game companies

Try going to the official website of the game and looking in the troubleshooting section.

http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

then click graphics driver>geforce and tnt2>windows xp / 2000

and download then install.
