Simple question

In Fruity Loops, I know how to alter pitch/panning etc. but how do I do this to make it change as it is playing?

Like throughout a couple of bars, make the melody change pitch and pan differently etc.

There should be a feature that will make a line appear underneath the track, and with that, you indicate when, and how much you want to change a certain thing. I'm not sure how to get to it on Fruity Loops though.

You can do it in the piano roll. That section where you indicate velocity, you can pull down that combo box to make changes to other elements such as pitch, volume, etc.

you could do that^^^ or you can automate it by hitting record and moving the pan knob as the song plays
