Im seeting up a small home studio for recording voice, piano, guitars and bass (DI)
Preamp (http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/page/shop/flypage/product_id/1165/category_id/)
Sound Card (http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/page/shop/flypage/product_id/1666/category_id/)
Mic (http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/page/shop/flypage/product_id/4399/category_id/)
And cables ect...
What i would like to as now is-
Can i use that preamp as a DI box (unbalanced to balanced guitar output)
How do i connect up an electric keyboard?
What stand should i use for that mic?
THanks

The preamp = a yes for a DI box, it's impedance matched.
For the mic, get a boom stand, a pop filter and a shockmount.

I think i might change my mind- this is supposed to be really good and is a preamp and a soundcard

nah, cant remember the name at the moment, but you can plug jacks and XLR connectors into it, which is cool.
