Hate online shopping

So I've decided to order a multi fx pedal a couple of days ago.... Online... Axemusic.com to be exact. Price was 250$, but thats ok. So it comes 2 days later from purolator, GREAT :) I unpack it happily, they even threw in some candy for free.

I am like let's connect this thing, i try it.... i try again... well those idiots sent the wrong power supply. The pedal supports 9 volts and 1300mA... the one they sent me is 9V, and 300mA.. so I needed this **** pedal for my recording this saturday. I phone them, guess what they tell me? it will come in on tuesday next week... so lets think.

I ordered this on tuesday and got it on thursday. And they telling me that if they send it today(a ****ing mini box) it will take 3 days longer???

Online shopping always has it's risks I suppose, I spent ages ordering drum mic clips from a company online, I had to place the order twice, I was given details of the transaction, but their system failed, and no transaction occured. 1 month later I realised something had gone wrong and tried to order again, the same happened, I just had to go to another place really.

In the end, if you want to kick up a fuss, write a letter of complain, they will be very likely to shower you with free vouchers, as most places do, after all, they messed up their end of the deal, that's like you messing up and sending them $230, keeping the pedal and then saying "oh well, I'll send the other $20 along later ok?"

Ye i wont like complain really, i was just really excited bout using it for my band's recording. They were pretty nice on the fone.

well i ordered a bass 5 months ago and im still waiting. there have been many problems (such as finding a new shipping company, and the government changing power regulations). i have had to change companies and i am told it will be arriving soon but i hav not got my hopes up.

i guess thats what you should expect when u get it a lot cheaper.
