Yeah, that's correct. :) It is an extremely large website, they couldn't get away with it if it were illegal.

Plus, the music you download is typically uploaded by the artists. ;)

Not entirely. It's also for emo-kids to get people to compliment their pictures, and leave messages on their pages claiming that they are "teh secks". :lol:
