In My Opinion it's the best sport out there.
For people who dont know Lacrosse is the oldest team sport in North America, having been played by Native American tribes long before any European had even set foot on the continent. A century after European missionaries discovered the game played by Native Americans, they began to play it themselves, starting in the 18th century. From there, it evolved and grew in popularity from a very savage game that resembled war, into what it is today, a recreational sport played widely in America and other countries. As U.S. Lacrosse literature aptly puts it "Lacrosse is a game born of the North American Indian, christened by the French, adopted and raised by the Canadians.
Got any questions, or rules about lacrosse. Just ask

Lacrosse is the only organzied, team sport that I actually enjoy. I only played for 1 year, when I was younger, then gave it up. But I still enjoy watching it. Much more exciting to watch than something stupid like Baseball. :p

I don't know exactly how to play, but my older brother has lacross sticks and we usually just pass a tennis ball to each other with the sticks in our front yard. They're extremely fun to use for playing and as a weapon.

put the stick on the ground. try to pick it up with out wrapping your hands around the stick. like a grabbing a hotdog.

i hate when people wrap their thumb wrong, greatly hinders the shot process
i play ice hockey which is similar, and im looking to start playing lacrosse. i enjoy watching both of them.

Lacrosse is good fun. I've been playing defense for a bit over a year and I'm horrid, but I enjoy being out there so I keep playing.
I have scored a point, and that one point was against my own team. It sounds retarded I know, but it was entirely the goalies fault.

Lacrosse is my favorite sport period. it is the only game ive played that has constant action and kept my attention. i think its actually extremely underrated.
I started playing Lacrosse last Monday, I went to a camp for it. It is freaking amazing. My highschool is thinking about getting a boy's team so I figured I'd learn how to play before trying out.
Since Monday, my stick is about to break. It got slashed nice by the head. And its a pos.
