Again, here is a song I wrote. As usual, critiques are welcome and appreciated. This one is a little more sappy than the previous two that I've submitted, bear with me please.

Into the memory of us

So I bring us back to life with my sleeping breath
Painting a picture in my head

The one that will blind our eyes from the reality we live in

Instances of romantic encounters play out in front of me
And with my eyes closed I guide your hands into mine
Saying all the things that keeps love alive, even when it’s died

that's really sweet. It really is.
If it had been written about me (or if I had read it somewhere other than online) I think I would have even teared up.
And sappy is okay! (sometimes: as long as it is original and well written.)
My favorite part is the whole last verse.
Really nice job.
