It came out around the time of the burbs, and had a similar, eerie style. If I recall, it was about a couple that go to visit a judge or old man or something, and they family turns out to be a bunch of freaks.
I remember them sliding down a trash chute or something...watching the old man disassemble his face (it was all prosthetic, as was his leg), and I remember that one actor played all of the bad guys. I remember two giant fat kids that ran around in diapers in the junkyard behind their house, too.
Any ideas?
