So i just listened to the armored for sleep CD, and i came to the conlcusion that they are waaaaay overrated. They had a great idea with the afterlife concept behind the album, and they ruined and made every song on it boring and generic.

Ill proberly still watch it the same amount, because its on just before malcome in the middle, which is just on before Top Gear.
At least they show the chart on the day its released on, insted of 5 days after its announced.
So I tried learning Konstantine on guitar, but I'm not too good with my little finger when it comes to holding down notes. Anyone got any tips?

That's the intro riff (the only bit I could be bothered to transcribe way back when...) - I think the last note on the low E is the first fret... if not, it's a 0. Don't have a guitar or piano in front of me.
I should also add that those groups of three notes need to be played a few times each, just in case you hadn't figured that one out yourself. :)

Here's a little spot of news from Alternative Press. The new Early November album's release date was pushed back to Feb. because they decided to go ahead and record a TRIPLE album. Ace Enders said that one disc will be rock, one will be softer and the last will be music and spoken word. They have also been experimenting with new styles, such as 50s love songs, blues and country. I for one, can't wait

Yeah that's what I mean, I need some help holding it. I mean, I have to get better holding notes with my pinky.
I practice a bit playing the solo for Sum 41 - Pieces, that helps

the very end riff for 'Boys of Summer' by The Ataris might help a little.
I'm still a Bass-Tard (cool, new word!) so I'm using a pick. I don't seem to get any volume whatsoever with my fingers.

Yeah, Warning helped me a lot on using my pinky.
And although you didn't ask me, Dan : I alternate between 2, 3 and 4 finger plucking, using less fingers for faster songs, and if a song is too fast for my fingers, or needs a different tone, I use a pick.

Im getting a job hopefully, i want lessons, but me and my mum came to the conclusion of "whats the point in my geting lessons when i cant afford the insurance for a car?" I could proberly save for the car, but the insurance, and petrol i can afford.

I have money left from my grandad, and I want to use that to get a car I think. Nothing too expensive so the insurance isn't too much. I figured once I can use the car, I will be able to get a decent job in town or something, and use money from that for petrol

Insurance may still be upwards of 2000, the insurance companeys presume all 17-21 year olds are boy racers, and keep speeding and crashing. Not everyone is, but i think i would be, so you know.

Chris, listen to A Day to Remember (http://www.purevolume.com/adaytoremember) they're weird in that they go from cliche emo to cliche metalcore during a song and it goes between the two at different points in the songs. It makes for an interesting listen.
