In theory, yes. But you must bear in mind that:

a) Rik and I are pretty poor singers
b) Rik, Will and I will all be pretty drunk
c) There are a LOT of Green Day covers
d) The only originals are very short, and in one case, a bastardised South Park song.


Although, in fairness, as we're the opening band, and a lot of our friends are going to be in the audience, nobody will take us that seriously. Also, we're guaranteed a decent size crowd: as many as Andy can fit into his front room, hopefully.

Yeah, it's Andy's birthday party. He requested we do Basket Case, and we'd already worked on the other three GD songs in rehearsal, so it made sense to play them too as we have them all pretty tight.

Are Bad Religion confirmed? The thing is, it isn't all about the bands. I gladly watch bands I don't like at Leeds, because it's the best weekend of the year. Just chilling with friends, watching great and not so great bands and just enjoying it all. I loved it last year, it was so fun and it was such a great break and a way to celebrate the end of a good(ish) school year

Um, yes. So how do you sing and not sound all weedy? This is something that really bothers me. Mid to high notes can be a real struggle for me. As we're doing some Allister, this may pose a problem.


Also, I can't do the middle part of Holiday without sounding daft. I am most concerned.
