You're right with the nudity thing broadly speaking, Vince - but I'd say that here in the UK we are probably only very slightly less prudish about nudity - we are nowhere near the continental levels of relaxation with nudity...
I think with my situation is more a fact that all my friends have known each other so long (upwards of 15 years in some cases, and we're all between 19 and 21 years old) that I think there's a feeling that there really isn't anything more to know about each other - I've showered with two of the girls from the group, one I ended up in a relationship with, and one I didn't - I won't pretend it was the most natural thing ever, but it wasn't awkward either. (although I will admit to forcing myself to think about some very unattractive things at times to avoid what is really only natural in that kind of situation...)

Nah, you guys are a good amount less prude...but not as much as the continent I know. You do have nudity on tv though...

That would be a big part of it I'm sure. My longest time friends are no longer such so I can't say I have that level of closeness to any of them. But I can see how that would relax the situation (but not parts of your body apparently heh) :p

Basically, I was casually chatting to a friend on MSN, and mentioned in passing that I was going to be away for a week or so in September while I had leave from work - you know, get away from it all and chill out.
Anyway, she jokes that she could do with some time away too and jokingly invites herself. I ask if she wants to come, she says she'd love some time away, and it's now all arranged except the actual place we're going.

Open the original picture (the one before you put it on PB) in Paint. then click save as, then jpeg

It did. It makes the file alot smaller because there is less detail. Its barely noticable to the eye, but if you understand anything about computer graphics, you know how its changed.

Post it, and we'll see.

Making the file smaller means you can make the picture bigger. PB only allows 250kb pictures, a large picture can go much high than that. So PB automatically makes the file smaller, therefore makes the picture smaller.

How bad did it hurt?

When they actually did the piercing, it only hurt for like a second when he put the little needle thing through. Then, I didn't even feel it until I was stupid enough to try and eat a hamburger with it in while it was still sore. So, basically, it hurt a bit when I'd move it for the first few days because it was a bit swollen and sore still, but now I can move it around and eat and everything and it's fine. It hurt alot less than I had expected.

Well I don't know if it can still get infected but I am sure it can I have only had it in for 3 weeks to a month and my mom just completely hates it and she is going to be gay until I take it out so I will prolly just take it out and I didnt go to a professional cause my mom wouldn't let me so I just did it myself and flat out said I am not taking it out yet I'm keeping it for a while because I went through so much pain to do it. And she was kind of forgiving about that but I think I am going to take it out.
