It was an ok song imo. It's all Tom though. I know it's supposed to be, but man, without Mark, I just don't feel it much. Same with Plus 44, without Tom and his blinky guitar riffs, it's just not as good.

I hope the rest of AVA is better though. Or else I'm going to have to kill Tom myself. <_<

I think What Went Wrong was the best cover there. Since the song actually was actually changed around. I have to admit, in the chorus his voice gets high randomly.

Well since September 9th (The day AVA was announced) its been nearly 5 months we have had to wait and it ended with some bright spark creating a leak, some people love it, some people hate it. I think it is amazing and i cant wait for the album.

Carol Heller is the former vocalist of the all-female Southern California punk band Get The Girl. She currently holds the role of guitar and vocals alongside Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus in Plus 44. You can slightly hear her voice in the background of Plus 44's new song "No It Isn't". "No It Isn't" was released on Plus 44's website on December 13th, 2005. Recently a Canadian Message Board has stated that Carol has left Plus 44 due to "problems with the band members" although this has not been confirmed by Mark or Travis it remains to be seen.

I think it also has to due with the fact that No It Isn't sounds so simple and uncomplete. I bet the version that we all heard isn't the one that is going to be on the record. The Adventure seems like the final copy of the song with the complete mixing and mastering. That's why I like TA better.

i dont really think it's fair to say which band is better when they each only have one song released actually...for example: say Straylight Run and Taking Back Sunday were both planning on releasing their first album around the same time and their first single was released within a month or 2 of each other...say Straylight Run decided to use Tool Sheds and Hot Tubs, while Taking Back Sunday released Cute Without The E. i know i would like Cute Without The E a LOT more than Tool Sheds and Hot Tubs...and i'm sure a lot of people would agree. but in my opinion Straylight Run is the better band.

The only thing I can imagine hating about both these two albums (well, mainly AVA) is that they will have the biggest amount of fanboys/girls ever.

It'll be a new generation and Plus 44 and AVA will get singled out and be one of those bands which are either: Loved (by 11 year olds) Or hated (by everyone else just because they will have so many teeny fans).

When my brother went to war in Iraq it made me so angry that the world could be so lost...And when the band that I started slowly started to melt away, it gave me the dreaded first hand knowledge of what its like to lose two of your best friends...

please stay open minded as I try to give you more than an album, and more than just a cool punk-rock tune, because I have already done that. But this is something different. I have an idea, an honest experiment to inspire you...just trust me, I wont let you down....and maybe, just maybe this all might be as good as you all hope and believe it to be..

I'm not gonna compare AVA to Blink 182 because they're two bands at opposite ends of everything. To me they're equal, except Blink 182 will probably always be more successful.

Actually, I love the whole song. I love how he links the different phrases together and the way there's a definate atmosphere there and that slight echo that's there.

I TOTALLY agree. It's just like Tom said, it makes you feel like your conquering the world and at the same time you want to break down and cry. tom actually does sing that part live while playing........ its not to difficult, u just have to know both parts w/o thinking, also if u want to sing that part and play at the saem time, play it the three sting way, not the two string way(if u know what i mean ie:theres two ways to play it) cause then theres less running up and down the neck meaning less of chance of messing up
