Yeh, I knoiw, but they are being imature. Both tom and Mark said they WANT blink 182 to work, so there shouldn't be a problem!!! They need to sit and talk abou whats bothering them. And not put it in their songs because thats silly when they are a phone call away!!! Who wants blink back?

I think it could be, seems to be the same style of music as Plus 44 have described themselves as.
If so, I think that it's pretty good. I have never heard Carol sing though, so I don't know what she sounds like.

Well..You must be thinking of a different Blink..because last time I checked being immature was their job.

Their commin' back..at least to release another album. I'd rather they didn't, because they're only going to go down from here.

Your wrong. Before Mark used to sing a lot more than Tom. Even in live shows. When TOYPAJ and the S/T came out, Tom began singing more because on records his voice did get better.
ok - i was exagerating about cheshire cat and dude ranch - i checked and they both sing 7 songs in that album (im excluding pathetic because they both sing equally in that one) but the songs that tom sing in that allbum are all really good (untitled, emo, dick lips, voyeur, enthused, boring, etc.) - I couldnt imagine those songs with mark's singing - Tom just has a really unique voice.
- and i stick by what i said about the s/t album and boxcar racer - but dont get me wrong i still really like mark's singing but just not as much as tom's

I guess that's what the Big Day Out is for? If Angels And Airwaves came to Australia, they would probably play a venue like the Hi-Fi Bar or the Corner, and usually at those venues the bands greet the fans afterwards.:chug:

I just saw Not Now for the second time ever. God I love that filmclip! Especially the bit where they put the giant cake on Mark.

Lawl, the only reason I'd vote for Blink is because I've listened to them for almost my whole life. They certainly aren't the best band in the poll though.
True. They aren't the best band in the poll nor the world. There are afew other bands even far greater than them musically. But blink sure is one of the pillar in pop-punk music.

there still is: scott doesn't play the part of the drummer in the garage band, travis barker does. in the credits it lists Mark Hoppus, Tom Delonge, and Scott Raynor as the garage band, not a band who wrote music for the soundtrack. therefore, whether Scott or Travis recorded Mutt, the credits in American Pie would be wrong either way.

So what happened was blink 182 was featured in the move American Pie with Travis. In the credits however, instead of Travis it said Scott Raynor. Depending on what the credits were for, either the cast, or the soundtrack the credits would differ because Travis was part of the cast, but supposedly, Scott recorded Mutt.

the band gets aprox $8 australian per album sold. I nearly 100% sure travis recorded mutt.
here is some reasons
1. Thats just unpractically to have 1 song recorded by another drummer.
2. the drum kit sounds the same through out the album. And travis and scotts usually sound very different
3. scott never did the drum fill at the start of the song.
4. and the drumming isnt scotts style

While we are on th subject. Have you guys noticed that Scott loved to ride the cymbols hard and just put little breaks in here and there with the snare but never really did a lot of anything else. Whereas Travis is a more tech. drummer and uses every aspect of his set. Hince the reason he is the greatest drummer EVER.

I agree, it is Scott but there styles are different. Scott laid down hard on the snare Travis has a more suddle approach. I think Travis plays in a 1/4, whereas Scots 7/8.

Comparing Travis to Scott and then saying he is the best drummer ever because he's better than Scott is laughable. As I'm sure you've noticed.
Lawl. Travis is good, but there are way better drummers, and we don't need to go into the topic again.
I'm starting to think I should stay out of here before the idiocy rubs off.

i saw a video on that whole google video thing and mark did a little short tiny slap riff...it was smooth, so i was kind of shocked...i cant remember which video it was but it had a number at the beginning of the name in the studio i think for the newest album if i remember correctly
Probably one from the guy that runs their site. There's a bunch up from him, like on about Travis' snare skillz.

Sorry, I had to. :p

Na it is Travis, I have the original Mutt recording with Scott, and the drumming is completely different than it is on EOTS.
Any chance you can send that to me?
