Dumpweed by four year songs with the keyboreds is just nuts

going away to collage by feeling left out... is just amazeingly good, acoustic vershion they do is just fantastic

every time by sleepway is'nt really as good as the otheres but is still cool

i really can't wait to hear the rest of them hehe

Those covers are ****ing sweet. I'd buy that album if it came out.

The Feeling Left Out one was a little lacking but still sweet. Four Years Strong's cover was awesome.

It was on Video Hits Saturday morning at about 9;30 or so. I caught the last 20 seconds of it. I hate when that happens :angry:

That show annoys me what with the millions of ad breaks and lack of vaguely interesting videos. Everytime I watch it I see at least 3 butts. Maybe this weekend it will be scheduled for a decent hour.

well long long ago when i first got on the net and needed a name i just got fed up of trying to think of one and remember a radom saved game i had that was hotcod... which had just been a radom thing, it just stuck, no one else is dumb enoght to use it so i can use it for just about everything... the 32 got taged on latter when i forgot the pasword to an thing and needed to reregester... happened here too otherwise it would just be hotcod

oh by the way if you can find just about every one of the tracks form the blink tribuite alubm if you go the bands that do them pages... some of them are just awsome

i really really am loveing the dumpweed cover... i've been lissioign to a lot of poppunk synthy stuff the past few weeks and theres just somthing about the guys voice which is plainly awsome... i mean i still love the blink vershion... its just this is just as good in a strange way... and the acoustic going away to collage is somthing blinks hould have done a long time ago... i always loved that song... i just wish i had the cash to order the ablum

Hey guys, i have not been on here for a while. I was talking to my mates friend from san diego today, and he reckons that blink use to play at a place called soma all the time, and he use to go watch them and stuff. But he said to me that they use to support grunge style bands and stuff, and thats why they stood out in that scene. Has anybody else heard anything like this from there earlier days.

yeh of course soma is a venue they use to play at only when you get 100 people in the dungen (small stage) you get to play support or headlining spots on the main stage. read tales from beneath your mom (mum for us aussies)

Yeah, there's like 50 pages on Soma in Tales From Beneath Your Mom, by Anne Hoppus. It's a really good read for any Blink fan, has alot of stuff you may not have known about.

Ok, here I'll just tell everyone the answer to the first question and then get rid of it.

I think they all came from different parts though, i think travis is from LA, mark or tom is from Poway, and the other is from some place else, i duno. They band always say san dieago though.

He Said "I talked to Tom the other day on the phone, and it looks like after Angels and Airwaves finishes its world tour, he wants to get back to blink and record some new tracks for a Unrelleased/Rare/Demo's Cd-- the cd will come with a DVD containing rare live performances, and studio footage circa 93-98"

Obviosuly I couldnt quote it "word for word" but thats 99% of what he said, he also said some things about plus-44 being really 80's style.Doesn't mean they're actually going to get back together for good. I hope they don't. They should stay out while they're ahead.

That's pretty cool, I don't think Mark would lie about something like that. Yet, he said that wasn't exactly what he said. Why, would they make a demo disc? That's stupid, they should just make a full length album, but anything is good I suppose.

It's NOT a demo. Learn how to read. It says a Unrelleased/Rare/Demo's CdNo, that guy can't spell, but that's besides the point. It's just a compilation of demos, rare stuff, and unreleased stuff.

Yeah I think that's it at the moment. I haven't seen an article about them in weeks, which I'm kind of glad about. AAA has been so over-hyped by MTV and other websites it's ridiculous. I'd guess that they don't wear the same brand of clothes every day, I mean, Who does? I'd guess that Mark and Tom probably wear Macbeth shoes because they own the company though. And I know that Travis Likes DC's a lot.

Yeah they did use to be sponsered by Billabong aswell. Mark was also sponsered by Puma shoes I think, I could be wrong but Im sure I read it somewhere.

I'd guess that they don't wear the same brand of clothes every day, I mean, Who does? I'd guess that Mark and Tom probably wear Macbeth shoes because they own the company though. And I know that Travis Likes DC's a lot.

Agreed :thumb:. I know Mark and Tom have been speaking due to thier recent "Unite the United" charity work where they both donated a signed Guitar and Bass. And now this Mark Hoppus interview in Travis's DC Shoes Party, and lets face it Samstripe (The poster on blink182.com) wouldnt have made it up because he would get caught easily. I could go on, so for the main part BLINK 182 ARE RETURNING!

Meh, i wouldnt believe that interview Samstripe saw it on a forum and he didnt particuarly believe it. It was also supposed to have been in a British magazine and i dont think Travis has been recently interviewed in Britain has he? :confused:

They would have stayed more "oldschool" pop-punkish. Maybe not that much because Tom had a lot of influence in their change of sound, but I still think Scott would have kept their original sound a little more.yeah, i think they would of got boring alot faster because most of there older music(before travis) was very samish. After Travis joined there songs varied a bit more.

Same-ish, but awesome :) Saying that, I still prefer the Dude Ranch-Enema-Take Off threesome that defined blink82 to anything else they have written (Self titled, and Buddha and all before).

As for the supposed re-uniting of blink... sounds good. I wouldn't say I was jumping around with excitement, but they put on a good show :D
