is writing good lyrics just a matter of writing a lot?

Dw very few people write good lyrics when they first started, it took me ages to really start producing anything I was happy with. Keep at it and just write heaps of lyrics and you will improve.

yeah I sucked at first (still do :P) but I just managed to complete my first song with lyrics and I'm quite pleased with it, but I definately think it's getting easier the more I do it.
