I've been getting the worst case of writer's block. I think I wasted all my creative energy on the Melodic Death Metal contest.

That's ok, though, I guess. I love prog metal, but I'm not good enough to play like Dream Theater and I already wrote an Opeth-like song for the MDM contest. So whatever.

It then goes and adds duplicate versions of about 200 songs :( And I was wondering if there was a way to remove them all quickly, instead of going through and pressing the 'delete' key on each one.

So I picked my girlfriend up at Logan Airport tonight at about 20 past 9...yeah this sounds corny as hell but I can't accurately describe how happy I was to see her. She actually spotted me first...bitch ran halfway across the terminal and jumped onto me. So we were actually too happy to say anything during the car ride back to my home, we just kinda flashed grins at each other from time to time.

Morning all. Stupid bank holiday; I went to go up to my university to get money and buy food, but it was closed, obviously. So I ended up having to walk into town, and ended up going to the cinema.

So, I'm in the middle of writing a beast of a review for Sputnik. The problem is, it's undoubtedly going to be one of the longest, if not the longest, review on Sputnik. My introduction, according to Word Count, is over 3,000 words.

I'm still working on the review itself, which I have about 1/4 done because I keep getting easily distracted.

This leads me to thinking that I should have a ITT:-sort of post in R&M about this band, but I doubt sincerely that it's going to garner as much recognition as a FA or other ITT:-esque threads. I even believe that it's going to have even less success than Ali's typically great band threads. Just kidding, Ali.

So, if I add a history and background and such to this thread, complete with uploads and everything, I know it's going to span four or five pages.

So, suggestions please: try to write whomever's in charge of the FA's and set up a date to post (considering lunch just posted his, under no circumstances do I want to come across as me wanting to post this right away), or should I just make a humongoid thread that will get maybe two or three responses? Heh heh. I don't even think that I'd have such a thread ready by this week, because at the rate I'm writing this review, it won't be done 'til the middle of the week :o

But yeah, your opinions would be appreciated.

Oh that. :lol: That was amusing. I enter the P.O.W. clan server when it was on the Hurtgen map and start totally pwning everyone with a snipe rifle. By the end I led all the players on all sides in kills and came in second on least deaths, like 45 kills and 15 deaths. The only guy that consistently scored against me was this dude from the 106th Infantry or some clan name upon those lines, and I killed him just as many times. I made some truly awesome leading shots I must say: I was really good at nailing the guys in mid-run. And then in the next map, Pavlov, he asks me if I want to join the clan. I say sure, what do I have to do? He says, well I've just got to watch you play a little bit more. Cue nervousness and inability to play. Wanting to be spared embarressment when the guy comes on next and says "thanks but no thanks," I said "I'm not very good, I think I just had a lucky streak there." He says, "Oh, ok." He leaves the server. I play for a little while, or try to, and then I leave server.

Is then upset and wonders if I'm a total nerd for getting nervous over an online clan invitation.

I used to be a top member of a Tribes Clan. I was in the Taco clan on the reality bites server (a very modified mod with the hardest to use guns, limited ammo and little flying energy.
