Me and my obnoxious friend Ricky had this plan to sexually assualt a girl named Jessica. We decided to try it out yesterday, and it didn't work. Jessica is this girl I went to school with before I was expelled, and she always thought I was stalking her. So I told Ricky, whom she doesn't know, to ring her doorbell. Her parents answered, and the idea was that he'd ask if he could talk to her about that night's homework. Little did I know she had like five friends from her school there, and there were all like "He doesn't go to our school." To make a long story short, the mom told Ricky to "get the **** out of the nieghborhood and don't ever come back unless you want me to call the ****ing cops." :upset:

Beck's new album, however horribly disappointing it was, made me listen to all his old stuff again. I've been almost exclusively been listening to him, Jane's Addiction, and Bob Marley. I think McDonalds cheeseburgers are so much better than Burger King. I like Wendy's the best though out of the main burger fast food places. Overall i would have to go with Taco Bell though.

I don't think there was a Burger King in my town, so...yeah. I actually don't think I've ever eaten at BK, so I can't comment.

There's a BBQ joint about 20-30 minutes away from my house, so I would go there when I could. There were lots of good Chinese, Mexican, and Italian places, as well as a ton of good subshops (read: good steak and cheese subs).

That is incorrect. Though I have no life, it is easy to get 100 posts in an hour or two. This translates to 10-20 hours over five months, not at all someone who has no life, but rather someone who comes on maybe 15-30 minutes a day. :)

The thing that blows the most about guitar is by far intonation. It doesn't hold up with drastic changes in tuning, and that's what you need to play a lot of modern bands' songs. The biggest thing I don't get is why low tunings are always considered to be sooo heavy. Bands like Opeth do great in standard, and lots of others do too. Your distorted tones get a lot muddier and gainy-sounding because you have to increase it to get any sort of clarity or crunch.

When u have like 10's on yur guitar and u put it in c the string are very loose and the sound isnt as good, and they are harder to handle.

If u have like 11's the downtuning is way easier to handle and better sounding.

I use 11's on my guitar for straight C tuning. It keeps a good, thick tone, even with the crappy amp that I have.

I'll explain:
A "gauge" is very bassically technical jargon for the weight (not literal mass) of a guitar string, the heavier gauge a string is, the more durable it is, and the longer it lasts, it also gives some awesomely heavy results. On the downside, they can be a bastard on the fingers. :) (I think you can get up to about 18 gauge, before you start getting sore :lol: )
