Burning Dreamcast Games

A buddy of mine downloaded a torrent of Street Fighter 3 for Dreamcast and he wants to burn it. It is in a .cdi format and he isn't sure how to burn it or what program to use.

allright for .cdi images u have to use a program called discjuggler.. thats it thats all, i never liked it but it work :P

I gave it a little go, but couldn't work it. Could someone please supply some sites and info? I hear you can get emulators to work through the DC as well?
