Any suggestions? (if this has been done before, sorry, I did a search!)

I like Robin Big Snake of the Owen Sound Attack in the Ontario Hockey League.
You can't tell me you wouldn't want your name to be Big Snake.

As far as team names -- The Red Deer Rebels of the Western Hockey League I think is pretty darn cool.

Big Snake used to play for the Portland Winterhawks, my home team.

Another one: Illini guard Luther Head. Sounds like a great name for a pro wrestler or a movie villain, doesn't it?

Webster Slaughter was a wide reciever in the NFL in the 80s and 90s.

Any who, the single greatest name in sports history is Tshimanga Biakabatuka.

I don't see the point of making fun of ethnic names (ie, Biakabatuka). That just ain't right.

It's better to make fun of stupid American ones (ie, former Sixers and Warriors guards Bimbo Coles and Vonteego Cummings).

Joey Hoser
04-14-2005, 07:35 PM
Nikoli Khabibulin is fun to say.
