Anyone here a fan of the Dynasty Warriors series for the PS2?If so,well,here's somewhere To discuss it and what not.

For starters how about you state you're favorite character and weapons or whatever.Yeah.if this thread fails....well,****.

Oh,and incase anyone cares Dynasty Warriors 5 comes out the 29thth.Woot.

My favourite character is Zhao Yun. :)

His moves own at clearing large crowds, and it suits my style of running forward into the enemy head on and taking them on alone.

Yeah he's not a bad character,probably one of my favortites from Shu(I think green was shu?)My favorite would have to be Sun ShangXiang though.She's probably the best female character in the game,in my opinion.She's also one of the first characters I ever used,along with Zhang He and Zhou Yu.

Dynasty Warriors is ace, although I prefer Kessen. :)

I forget the character that I always used, but I remember he was really tall and he had antannae like things coming out of his hat. He was badass.

And to the above poster,I'm pretty sure you're speaking of Lu Bu,but I could be wrong.

Dynasty Warriors > Samurai Warriors.


I haven't played those games in a while. All I remember is my favorite guy was some midget *** dude who used daggers or something.

Pretty much the same thing.Both were realeased through koei,but dynasty warriors was omega force,and samurais warriors was electronic arts I think.Either way,both are great games.Dynasty warriors has more depth,and samurai warriors has a much better create a character system.

Me and my friend play 4 all the time.

My favorite character is Diao Chan. No real reason, I just picked her when I first started playing, and I've used her ever since. Her Musou attack is bitchin' though.

Play as Ma Chao, get on a horse, and make wonders.

My brother's gonna buy 5 this weekend:)
