Are you using auto volume swell in the beginning? It's actually kind of annoying. The song is quite good though it's not what I'm into, but you seriously need some singing. Singing and better recording could make this sound pro I think.

Edit: Just got to the grungy bit at the end. Nice edge but it really ruins it when you tune your guitar while you're playing. What is that a whammy bar? I think you'd be safer doing some bends instead. Clean that up and it will be good.

I like the progression, although the playing is a bit sloppy.
You could have put a bunch of lead guitar along with it, but I guess you chose not to.
The recording SUCKED! It was distorted and unbalanced. You need to work on that, but I guess you've not been recording on a computer for very long.
Overall, not bad, but still needs work. ;)
