a normal boom mic stand. Don't buy a too cheap one, since condensers will want somehting stury- thery're not very rugged and will pick up handling noise easily

A shock mount will be needed also to reduce stand vibration pick up.

standard one... to my knowledge, one size fits all.

A regular one will work, booms tend to come as mini or just normal, mini are best for inside the bass drum (Do NOT put your condenser in the bassdrum)
A normal boom stand will easily work well for you.

try to get a boom with a good counterwight, or have sandbags at the ready.
