Not knowing what the exact years were my guess is that he was either playing a Hammond or Wurlitzer organ, I could be way off though. Regardless trying to purchase one of those organs can be done but it will cost you. There are quite a few vintage gear sites that sell those classic organs. They're expensive, heavy and require some repairs from time to time.
If all you want is good organ tones you could with a number of the newer modeling synths or organ modules.
Roland VK7, VK8, VK88, VK8M
Korg BX3, CX3
Kurzweil K2600 has their own organ modeling engine
Nord Electro, Electro II - organ, ep and other classic instrument tones
Voce V5+, Key5
And there is even a software B3 emulator as well.

he plays a vox continental(on earlier stuff) and a gibson something else. he used a fender rhodes to play the bass. i'd like to have something like those as well, check ebay though.
