Console. Strategy games are better on the PC though.

They both have their advantages / disadvantages.
I prefer consoles.

PC games have the advantage of the best FPS controller(keyboard and mouse) and the best graphics. Not only that, it's also got much better strategy games. Plus, online is much more apparent for pc games then console.
Console games have a lot of good things about it too.
I like them both the same. :thumb:

PC over console's any day. There are more options for controllers on Pc, hardware can be updated to make the game run faster or look better.

I prefer consoles for friendly gaming (with flatmates, general friends, etc), and generally for fighting/action games. PC gaming is better for (RT)S and FPS games, though. Other things too, but I can't think properly right now.

First person shooters on a console are like putting ketchup on a hotdog: It should be illegal

FPS, RTS and MMORPG on PC's.
Everything else on consoles. I think overal I like consoles better, except that PC's will always be a step ahead technology wise.

I usually prefer to play multiplayer games on console (except Counter-Strike), and single-player games on my PC. It's not that I like one over the other, but it really depends on the game more than anything. It just seems that multiplayer games are more fun on console to me.

Consoles for me. I've just never liked playing games on the computer.

PC all the way. Consoles are better for parties and generally playing with a few friends (except Worms) but PC generally have better games and online play, and we all know online play is the future.

PC for me. Consoles are good too, but there's just more to do with PC.

Since it's hard to play FPS on consoles, why don't they have mouse/keyboard support, or have a Nostromo-type thing for consoles?

Just plug any usb keyboard and mouse into the ps2 and it will work as long as the game is compatible with it. I know Half Life on ps2 is but i cant think of any others right now.

They already have Doom 3, and they're working on Half-Life 2.
Granted, it's not as pretty.

1)I don't really consider it advertising unless I own it or some of it.
2)I just found it this morning. About...an hour or two ago.
3)If you played this game, you would be in my spot now.
4)I just want the soldiers.

I like consoles for the fact thats theres not too much to it, hit the power button and play ( dont have to start up the comp etc), plus playing with someone (split screen or whatever) is better, cause when you're playing online you never know if the other person has a certain advantage (cheats, gamma, bright models etc). Also you dont have to keep upgrading your console to run the newer games smoothly.
but as for PC games they allow customization, downloadable content, updates without having to buy a new game (mods too), user submitted maps/models, better graphics, larger games online (without crazy lag) and generaly all titles that are shared amongst consoles and pcs are usually better on PC (few exceptions). Also, PC games run better for online play, atleast compared to my experiences with XBL I've had some really laggy Halo 2 games (with other titles also) . so I guess I'm 50/50 on this.

I prefer PC games for one player, and as I play 1 player games way more than multiplayer games, as I'm sure a lot of people do, I pick PC.
You don't have to call your mates and wait for them to get round to play CS or COD

don't post those links here. They're lame, they just piss people off.
I can't stand consoles as a gaming medium. I like my games realisitic and the PC tends to cope much better with realism I find.
