War Room scene in Dr. Strangelove. The dialogue is brilliant and hilarious.

The childhood scenes in Ray. Really emotional.

The end of Memento. Just so much is going on, then finished with the classic line: "Now...where was I?" <chills>

Surgery scene in Spider-Man 2. I may have actually been smiling ear to ear when I saw that. It was just beautifully-hilarious and grotesquely-awesome.

Opening of X-Men 2 with Nightcrawler. Really let me down with the rest of the movie (and the lack of Colossus).

The beginning to Ghost Ship. It's a shame the rest of the movie was a huge letdown.

The intestine-vomiting scene in The Gates Of Hell. Very cool.

The end tanker chase scene in The Road Warrior. Greatest chase ever.

The "Texas Funeral" in Kill Bill Vol. 2. The scene in the first where she realizes she lost her baby is heart-wrenching as well.

The "Are you talking to me?" scene in Taxi Driver. Deniro improv'd that entire scene, he rocks.

the scene in AVP when the Queen is about to kill the main character and the Predator jumps up filps around and chunks a spear through the Queens head is the greatest scene in any movie I've ever seen.
