and on their album "Tell All Your Friends," I noticed something on the song Blue Channel. About 2:20 through the song, there is this unique scream (Done several other times throughout the album). How does he scream like that?

or like at 2.30 in "Ghost man on third"?

It's a cool scream but I dont think you have to do anything special besides a little gliss while screaming and go into falsetto. I dont know, ask Merkaba.

I'll look for a sample.

today i was listening to a CD that someone burned for me that had a few of their old songs on it. i dont know what songs they were because the CD wasnt labeled, but i heard a couple of unique sounding screams. it sounded like most of it just came from really high gain. it doesnt take much to get that kind of sound if you crank the gain, mids and highs. but still, look for a sample to get on here.

Yeah you just have to slide the note up into falsetto. Your mouth will end up really wide.
