A) i think it's highly unlikey that they have been copied, but could you please specify.

B) I doubt there is a site, you'd have to have some sort of document with the date written on it.

Try there. Apparantly the easiest way to copyright something is to send it to yourself via recorded delivery, and keep it unopened.

Even if your songs are being banded around here by other people, I don't think it's anything to worry about in the grand scheme of things.

If you're going to claim the songs at least spell them right.

unless you copyright it then it is up for grabs. Doesn't matter who wrote it, it is free for the taking. If you post it on here you might be able to get away with it because there is a date on the posting, but the only true legal way is to have something with a copyright. Someone could say though that they wrote it first and gave it to you and you posted it on here with your name and stuff like that. If someone does steal it from you then you can sue them, but without dated material you are screwed.

What songs look similar to yours? If it is line for line then you have a case, but if it is just a word or general idea then you don't. If you are complaining cuz someone has the same idea then your dumb because there is probably someone else out there that has written on it before you. If you have a line and their is another song with the exact same line then you might have a case.

Wait weren't you the guy who needed to "hear" punk lyrics? The types of titles you suggested gave me the thought that you are trying to be punk; maybe even pop-punk. If you have to ask how to write punk lyrics, then I am almost positive that your lyrics aren't worth stealing.

Since punk lyrics are pretty much the same everywhere, it's just a coincidence... no one would steal from you.
