Favorite Ninja Style Game?

Just curious, as I'm in the mood to play an ninja assassin game again:

What's your favorite Ninja Style game? I always loved the Tenchu games on playstation. Tenchu 2 was great and a hell of a lot of fun.

Does anyone know any similar games on PC/Mac/N64/SNES? Any input appreciated! :)

Shinobi 3 was BEYOND good. The scrolling stages were incredible, and some of the bosses ruled.

It wasnt sneaky. It is one of my favourite games of all time. I suppose because it he is technically a ninja then I'll allow it as a Ninja game.

There was a kick *** ninja game for the Sega Master System which I believe was just called "The Ninja" I dunno, my friend had two ninja games for his and one of them was awesome, I think it was that one.

The very first Tenchu was great when it first came out, I don't think the sequals aren't near as good as the first. But now the ninja thrown belongs to Ryu Hiyabusa(sp?) (Ninja Gaiden) :cool:

I can't remember the name of that old Sega Master System game where two of you could be ninjas walking from left to right all the time kicking the crap out of all sorts of weirdos. I think it had 'Dragon' in it's name. Or 'Twin'? Arghhh I dunno, so long ago, but that was amazing.

For traditional, stealthy ninjas I'd say Tenchu beats out anything.

But for something more action oriented, go with Ninja Gaiden.
