NHL Season to be Un-cancelled?

I heard on the news, and then on some websites that the NHL agreed on a $45 million salary cap and that the season will be un-cancelled.

Um... discuss.

Last year, I really got into Hockey, then they cancel the season, that really sux. Whats the point of having a 18 game season, that is just stupid. If the NHL wanted to make more money, they should have advertised more and reached out to more people instead of forcing the players to take a salary cap/ pay cut.

Well they are going to re-negotiate. I think it's great, hopefully they can come to a reasonable agreement.

hahah, yea in dallas and north texas....im from south texas only a handfull of people here follow hockey and most of them follow the chl (central hockey league)

Who Cares about the NHL, Nascar starts in 2 days.

I was getting into the NHL last year during the play offs, but since it hasn't been around I've just quit caring in the least about it... It sucks that it went away though to allow that to happen.

Aww, I actually thought there might be a chance to see hockey this season. I don't watch NHL a lot during the regular season, but I love watching the playoffs.
