View Full Version : Ok, help me order stuff from American Music Supply

I am going to order som gear next week from American music. My needs are this. I need a sound system for my home studio. The studio is 15X20 and sound proof. The main thing I need is vocals and maybe miccing a bass amp.

American musical supply does the 3 month pay thing so if gear can be bought on that plan it will help alot. Anyway, give me some opinions!

Thanks moaner. I think I stated what I need wrong. I need gear for vocals, in my studio, that will be heard over and with the drums, guitar and bass. My bass player may be miccing his small cab and running it through the mixer also.

I'll prolly need a mixer, cabs, power amp or a powered mixer and cabs and floor monitors.

Hey guys, could I not just use a 300 dollar powered mixer to run 2 12" floor monitors? We just need it to be able to hear vocals? I found a Behringer 6 channel mixer, with effects, for 300 bucks. Here is a link.
