B&T.

Because for at least 6 months me and some friends would be "Excellent!" to everything.

WW didn't have as many catchphrases. And when I met Slash, I didn't go "We're not worthy". So WW lies, too.

Tough one for me, Wayne's World was funnier IMO but Bill & Ted was a lot more screwed up and intriguing e.g. Playing twister with Death

I'm gonna say WW.

This is the hardest poll ever. Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey is the first film i can remember going to see at the cinema and so had quite an impact on my childhood but then Wayne's World is just plain funny all the way through, gonna have to go with WW for the Scooby Doo ending.

Isn't it weird how right now, we're looking down on Wayne's basement... only that's not Waynes basement... Yeah.. Weird... Garth, that was a haiku

How was your day? Terrible, I got paid. Oh, I know how that feels. No, they laid me off!! You know what'd I like to do? Yeah, I know what you'd like to do, you'd like to find the guy that did it, rip his still beating heart out of his chest and hold it in front of his face so he can see how black it is before he dies. .....Actually I was thinking about filing a grievance with the union. Well, the world's a pretty twisted place

What could be funnier than two teenagers that play guitar, time travelling in a phone box with quotes like "Excellent *air guitar*". It even has Beethoven in a jamming session in a mall.

now lets see you compare that to GAYne's World (Bu Dum Tissss).

Bill, strange things are afoot at the Musician Forums...

B&T are getting whomped in the votes :(

You all have to admit though, B&T had the best music. Especially during the end credits. B&T's Excellent Adventure: Power Tool - Two Heads Are Better Than One, B&T's Bogus Journey: - Kiss - God Gave Rock N Roll To You. Simply epic man!

Bill And Ted, for having Primus in their movie.

"Hey, what are you guys doing?"
"Oh, I'm just stacking these watermelons?"
"I see, you're selling watermelons."
"No, no sir, I just gotta make sure there's plenty of them stacked at all times. Just like those crates of chickens."
"What are these guy's jobs?"
"Well they walk back and forth every few minutes with this large glass pane."
"OK....that's weird."

Waynes World, most terrific flick.

Dr Funkenstein
02-19-2005, 10:28 AM
I suppose you could look at the merits of the different films... Tia Carrera vs annoying American high school chicks, The fantastic board games with Death scene vs the fantastic YMCA scene etc. But in the end what's most important is that Bill and Ted was Keanu Reeves' stepping stone to fame. Wayne's World wins.

I adore Bill and Ted. I watch both movies non-stop. I got my Wayne's World feel on SNL. Bill and Ted was way better.
