Some may know him only from Jimmy Kimmel's impersonation on "The Man Show," although they are among the least perceptive people ever (to put it nicely). To the rest of us, he will always be "The Mailman," the league's number two all-time scorer, and unfortunately one of the greatest players to never win a championship ring.
About time, that guy is REALLY old now. Do you know what his age is?

You make it sound like he was a terrible player at old age.
It's a sad day in the NBA.

REGGIE MILLER
Reggie Miller was a great player. He's one of the few who I actually ever 'loved to hate' as the cliche goes. Most others I just hated. Miller vs. Iverson was always a great game because they were so totally different, it's a shame that they'll both probably wind up without a championship.

It's not sad.
Only sad thing is he never managed to grab the all-time scoring record.

You KNOW he's going to the Hall of Fame...
Second all time in scoring, sixth in rebounds. Karl Malone was a legend of our time, along with Michael Jordan. I'm glad I grew up watching him play. And to all of those who are downplaying his retirement, show a little respect.

It's about **** time.
He's prolonged his career a good 2 years too long.

Charles Barkley
You think he compares to Karl Malone?

He actually compares pretty well.
Look at their stats.
Then consider that Barkley didn't have a John Stockton-caliber player with him.

For the most part, Malone was the better player.

Barkley was better than Malone at everything except points.
