I just changed my set up to a muffled snare tuned high, a fairly muffled bass drum, one floor tom, and a cheap old 12" snare tuned really high with the snares taped to the heads. I also added my rusty cowbell and this reindeer collar with bells on it to my high hat.
I feel dirty now.

i do alot

i feel the same way as thomas lang does when theres other people around i have trouble practicing because that im aware they can hear me and its distracting them which srews me up

ironically i have no trouble jamming with my bands and thier gonna care more about the mistakes i make

i guess its just the fact that i know how loud im being

it sucks that i can jam more often but the guys haveto transport thier **** to my house

thats where we jam (i have a big living room which my parents let me use)

but the guys dont wanna leave thier gear here which i totally understand and am cool with

owell with the two bands once they both get a bit bigger were gonna split the cost of renting out a rehersal studio

god am i hung over. me and my friend split a 40, i started throwing up minutes before midnight, continued for over an hour. i had to call my mom to pick me up, since my friend that i was going to walk home with was passed out, and i couldn't stand up on my own, never mind walk the two of us home. it was brutal. i had to have my head buried in the garbage can, because once i brought my head up, i'd get dizzy and throw up again.

anybody else noticed these extremely long titles that stand out lately, maybe they have been bolded while i was ogne but everything looks messy. a characcter limit on the location would be nice. i think i need my own sub forum where i take people to clinics. what a wonderful area i live in. Yeha if we ever have a getogether thing it should be here. we can sit in my old garage and eat pixie sticks and you guys can go on myspaces while the real men have a drumoff in tghe street while big name drummers walk up and down my street.

nope.
i was home alone, all my family are interstate, and i heard someone clicking all the doors outside trying to break in, so i put my dog under my arm [golden retriever, 20kg!] and banged around the house putting lights on.. i heard running and my front gate click so i called the cops. they went round the place with torches and found the external laundry door was forced open, but luckily the internal one was locked so he only got as far as my underwear. worst thing was that we went from 45c heat [117f] to 28 from a southerly change and rain, so the wind knocked out the powerlines [and my security system!!].
