This is what all went wrong...

we wernt allowed to play because our lyrics didnt match our song, we got in for an instrumental , our bassists strap broke during his other bands set so it went flying because he was swinging it.. hitting his drummer in the shoulder.. , he got kicked off, we had no bassist so we had to find a new one in 30 seconds... thank god my friend paul got up there... I played a good set except for the ending where we went crazy and i went offtime 1 bar.. but it didnt really matter haha... I can tell you though, playing in front of a crowd that big rules. I was so nervous, just for the amount of people. Also, alot of my friends were yelling at me and cheering me on... it was really fun.

Risk is a great game i've never played it against computers, but playing with actual people witht he board game kicks ***! I used to play it on WarCraft 3, somone make a Risk map it was the exact same as the board game map and all. But then I realised I'd rather be on the D&P when I was on my computer.

Im sure you could play everything that guy played... but much better. Some interesting ideas resulting from being totally obiously self taught and total lack of any technique whatsoever. I did rather enjoy a tom groove SOMEWHERE in there though. I havnt watched the second video yet. Also, that guy on the first vid is pretty buff.

anyways, just had a great nap. i'm wearing my tie now, since i was practicing tying it fast. i did a full windsor in 13 seconds, which is pretty d'amn fast compared to how slow i was when i first learned. used to take me minutes, and i'd have to redo them many many times.

anyways, i have this one friend in my social class, i get higher marks than her on about 9/10 things we hand in, even when she cheats on tests and i come into class totally unaware that we have a test that day. i just pay attention and understand the stuff. anyways, on the 1/10 times that she does do better than me, it's all she'll say for the rest of the day. she tells everyone, she does a little dance, it actually makes her day. now i don't get mad at this, but i do find it to be very weird. do any of you know a person like this?

602's and 502's are completely different cymbals, thats how. though i havent tried 502's so im not saying they suck. plus its personal oppinion.

as long as he has tried them, he can say what he wants. one on my pet peeves is when people generalize everything a company makes after trying one thing. i know people who say all paistes are horrible cymbals because they dont like the beginner lines.

my old high school had an artistic showcase, and seeing as the others in my band still go there, they wanted to play and obviously I had to play too. We were rushed, we only had 20 minutes to play, and I used a lot of that to setup because we had very little setup time, so we only played three songs. But it was great, I made all these great funny gestures and faces, made some people laugh (I was in the mood at the time)....

oh man, i'm eating the greatest supper i've ever had. an omelette type thing with some good good cheese, and some very very good salsa. i've got an old bag of chips, eating the little fractions with some cheese and salsa on them, oh it's magnificent. i think i'm going to go make another omelette right away, this one's amazing.

plus, i'm washing it all down with a nice tall glass of egg nog. man i love this stuff. stores don't sell it after christmas season though, which angers me greatly.

today was almost the best day ever. someone gave me there food again. This time instead of fritos and nacho cheese i got nachos and an unopened large can of salsa. So i had a fiesta with my group members in 5 period after lunch. Then i went home, i always floor it out the parking lot and like do this turn but today i went really slow. i turn left. then i have to make the decision, go striaght and go through the main street and make a right and get home or make a right floor it and go home. i make the turn floor it and i go half way up the street and 5o ft ahead of me is a cop on a motorcycle. yaay. i slow down. maybe that cop is lbind and didnt see me, oh wait he would hear me then. dammit. maybe he got lemon in his eye from some lemons he was squeezing. Now i was in a school zone, and just passed the school. so then he comes after me with his light i turn and pull over. apparently i made the turn at 30 when the speed limit is 25 and i was going 50. i dont believe this, but i deserve it. I got lucky i didnt have anyone in the car because i drive faster because people get bored since my radio doesnt work. Still have to tell mom.

i've had on/off affairs with the band for a few years now. i got the tickets when i was into one of my peaks with them, since then i've lost a bit of interest. should still be a good concert though.

i just came up with the coolest little jingle thing on piano, it's so evil yet happy at the same time, like the theme music for a clown that looks way too happy to be innocent. :lol: i've played it over and over 100 times now. i like doing this.
