Live aus Berlin is so much better for the live show than Lichtspielhaus, it shows only the old stuff which is a shame, but they're making another DVD at the same location in June, this time there's 4 live shows to pick the best stuff from.

and if you are reffering to the english version where he says "Do you want me? (no i dont)" then the fact is that those aren't even the lyrics of the original. far from, actually.

Anyway you should translate that song before assuming the whole song is corny. And its not corny. You try singing a song you create in a different language. I bet your vocabulary would be quite simple too

some of my fave rammstein songs have got to be altermann, amerika, los, mein teil, moskau, mutter, rammstein, rein raus, reise reise, and sonne. the reason i like rammstein is his voice and the guitars. i could listen to them for hours and never get tired of them

as i typically do with most bands, i hate their 'big song.' in this case, du Hast. Anything off Mutter is gold, and most of Reise Reise is sweet too. I'd have to disagree and say Germany's #1 export is beer though. I thought I might be the only person who'd heard of them besides that god-awful du Hast single a few years back...having Mein Teil on the RE: Apocolypse soundtrack prolly helped them out in that regard.

The only rammstein site that I know of is herzeleid.com, but I'm not sure if they do free video downloads.



I think my new fav. song by them is Mein Herz Brennt. I love classical piano with rippin distorted guitar and this song does a great job on it. Awesome lyrics.

Good news; Paul from Rammstein has said a tour is likely in Canada following the release of Rosenrot.

For the record I liked Rosenrot. I actually liked all the songs on rosenrot. There appears to be an all german edition of Stirb nicht vor mir which will be released soon.

Also a video for Mann gegen Mann. In the interview they said they brought in a bunch of body builders. As the song progressed the lyrics began to sink in, being about homosexuality and stuff, and the band had to persuade the body builders to stick around. That cracked me up. lol

Nope, the scorpions have had a much bigger success. The only difference is that they sang (as far as I know) entirely in english.
