My thoughts had no relevance to what I was approaching,
Even the fall was narcotic.
Drained of all my will power, then they reeled me in,
The whole performance was slick.

The only warmth I felt was your presence,
Yet I still don’t know…

Where the plague were you?
At that point the whole vision turned into a manic circus,
All of the affects were adverse.
Nothing made sense there, my pride and joy was grotesque,
But at least I escaped the curse.
