I'm Going to pasalaqua

So the other day i went down to game traders and bought a second hand copy of resident evil for gamecube, becuase it was only $25 :thumb:
and i must say i'm impressed, it's three years old now but still brilliant.
I havent played a resident evil game since resident evil 2 came out, and i'm glad they kept the whole realistic surrounding thing going...
well anyway i just thought i'd tell, and to give this thread a meaning i'll ask who else has likes this game, or resident evil games at all for that matter?

Yea, RE: Outbreak sucks ***. I've heard Dead Aim does too but I've never played it. Hopefuly RE Outbreak 2 doesn't suck.

It would have been ok if your teammates weren't so stupid and the levels weren't so long.

I guess the lengths are ok, but it just sucks that you can't continue your game after you save, and when you come back your save is deleted, so if you die in a level you have to start it all over again. That's what makes them seem so long.

Resi 2, Ps1. Best of the series.
I have tried to play all of them, some I haven't due to them only releasing them on certain consoles ( ) but yeah, Resi 2 is the best.

You can get the whole series (except for Outbreak and stuff like that) on the Gamecube now.
I found the re-make too hard but i've pre-ordered Resi 4

I thought Outbreak wasn't that bad, I unlocked most of the characters(My favorite is the UBCS soilder). I thought the final wasn't bad, long as hell, bad not bad. I couldn't find the rocket launcher at the end but oh well, mine team still kicked his *** with pistols. Well, I'm going to get banned now, bye.

Resident Evil 4 is amazing.
But Resident Evil 2 is still the most memorable IMO. :thumb:

Definitely. I still play Resident Evil 2 from time to time. I bought RE: Code Veronica X a while back for about £12 preowned, but I'm yet to play it. I start to but I just can't get into it.

I never beat Code Veronica... I got to disk two and played for acouple hours and got kind of far, but I got lost and died after not saving and I had to go back and do all this crap again and I ended up getting really frusterated and giving up. Ima try again now actually.

I've been playing Code Veronica X quite a lot lately. Last night I got to the part where you take control of Chris. I killed that bastard worm, but now there's like 20 rooms I can go in and I have no idea where to start...should be fun.
I've have played 1 directors cut, 2 and 3.
2 was the best one imo

I got almost to the end and was wounded and couldn't run away from the green monster with the huge axe so I was like...****! I'M NOT STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN!! *I know the plot line and everything, but I won't ruin the whole thing about where the monster came from, if you want, I'll tell ya :)
Its a little boring, I LOVED the remake of RE on GC...talk about an amazing game! I suggest checking out Zero, RE:4 looks good and very different
I've completed Zero and the remake, both were awesome! Resi 4 is out on March 18th here in Germany. Can't wait for it, especially 'cause i got nothing to play at the moment!

Can someone explain some stuff to me I haven't play one in awhile and I just passed RE4. I've forgotten stuff like what happened to Chris, I remember something about whisker in code veronica and I guess it carried over in RE4.

I think you are wounded anyway when you are doing that if I remember rightly, I managed to escape from him.
My mind may be playing tricks on me though, so I'm not sure.

The only RE games i've played (and finished) are RE3, CV and Survivor.
All three were amazing but survivor was a bad concept for a game and even though it worked i thought it was still a bad idea.

Was Survivor the light-gun game? What's the difference between that and Dead Aim?!

I dunno bout overseas but in the UK "Survivor" was the 1st RE lightgun game that came out on the PS1 and Survivor 2 came out on the PS2 and was basicly CV played with a lightgun.
Dead Aim is the newest lightgun RE game. I haven't played it and don't have a clue wtf its about.
