Ok....I bought it last week and I have to say its not as amazing as it looked

I bought it, took it home, played it on easy, then realized its way too easy so put it on hard, got the end of the first level and had to start again cos it got way too hard

So I put it on easy again and am now in the park....it's ok, pretty boring

You cant play it for hours on end

The battlefield is pretty fun, but only for so long

Killzone was marketed as a Halo-killer...yeah right. That game was a huge dissapointment. The last game that was marketed as a Halo-killer on purpose was Tribes: Arial Assault, well I'm not going to say anything about that.

On it's own, Killzone is a boring repetitive game. The graphics look good in screen shots, but when you actually play the game it's barely playable thanks to the gobs of slowdown.

I hate Halo, and I hate Killzone even more.

You're giving his intelligence far too much credit, Ramsey.

I should have known better...I had more faith in Mxicans. I guess I was wrong.

I liked Killzone, I thought it was good because it had a real atmosphere of conflict.

Ditto, it did a great job of capturing war, moreso than the Medal of Honor Series

It was ok but i would only recommend it to people who like to waste their money. I cnat wait to go back to game stop to trade it in for something else

never played a worse mulitplayer game before. Why al the on screen text had to appear over your crosshairs is a mystery to me.

Single player did not impress me too.

Oh god, me neither. :thumb: It's gonna be awesome. I hope its as quirky as the first one was, and I also hope theres tons of multiplayer options like the last one, including the map editor.

so many good times with TS2. :thumb:

Killzone was just an abysmal game. I wrote a review about it somewhere I'm going to look for it if I'm really bored later.

Eh, I thought TS2 was pretty boring. The single player missions sucked, the multiplayer was way too easy against bots.

Although those late night bouts of multiplayer games with nothing but mines and sniper rifles were pretty ace.

Its a solid game, but isnt as good as you are lead on to believe. I like the multiplayer mode the best.

Post it in the Games review thread. For some reason it has died.

It's a good fps. Some of the later levels are highly enjoyable.

I really disliked the reload animation and the rate of movement from your character. The story line was poorly developed and the character voicing was pure ham.

Other than that, it's okay. Don't be so harsh.

the reload animations can be totally disorientating!

Yea, I agree. It lacks the excitment found in Socom 2, Call of Duty or Halo/Halo 2
