Please help, I'm way over my head

Hey all

I take music tech AS at my school but unfortunatly it's far too slow for me. I need to understand and be able to use Cubase SX or VST by Easter but there are no teachers to teach me (we spent the last five music tech lessons deciding what makes Rock n Roll and what doesn't...why??)

Does anyone know any good cubase tutorial sites, or if there are any on MX, or can write me one themselves? I'm lookin mainly for audio recording and editing tutorials, but anything will be useful.

Yeah don't worry it's not that hard to use. I'm only doing GCSE but i already know how to use most of it except a few of the advanced things.
