Here I'll present some different schematics for passive basses.

Firts of: an attempt for a passive wiring for a Stu Hamm Urge like pickup configuration.

In this diagramm the P has a series/parallel switch (like the fender S1 switch).
The neck J and the P pickups are selected witch an on/on/on switch.
The bridge J is dialed in with its own volume potentiometer while the neck J and the P share one which is positioned behind the on/on/on switch.
At last we have a master tone pot.
Like this it is easy to have a normal J configuration, a normal P config, a normal PJ config and all together.
possible variations:
one volume pot for each pickup, perhaps concentric with a tone control for each pickup.
