To make a long story short i downloaded audacity to see what it was like and found out that my computer has a build in mic. So now i can finaly record my own songs! I am very excited :D ! Has anything like this happen to you?

EDIT:Like get a good guitar at a thrift shop,or find something good in the trash.

it wasn't an especially crappy thread.

I think the luckiset thing that ever happened to me was probably finding the guy in my "home recording ingenuity" thread.

I picked up a near-on new Yamaha 4-track recorder with bucketloads of twiddly bits for a paltry £50 on ebay. :thumb:
