Studio monitor questions.

I have an opportunity to get some studio monitors from australia, but the problem is that they are 240 volts for Australian use.

I'm in Canada, and I'm pretty sure its 110 volts over here.

Is there anyway I can use these with a converter or something?
I dont want to pass these up.

hmm, i think its possible, but i doubt they'll be giving them away. aes will know.

I'd reccomend buying monitors from somewhere local.
Suitable for your local power supplys.
