FIFA vs. Pro Evo

I prefer Fifa. Fifa 2005 is a great comeback. I know why people might prefer Pro evo though because the gamesplay is arguably better.But in recent years Fifa has had better gameplay and i love the authenticity.

i like fifa2005 because i have fifa 98 RTWC, 99 and.....2005. its fun to follow suit

Has to be Pro Evo. Fifa has kind of went downhill since the introduction of the ps2. Although Pro Evo doesn't have the authentic teams or things like that, it still has the better gameplay, and they seem to have been getting more of the licenses in the last few games. I think Fifa will always be a bigger seller than Pro Evo because of the authenticity but true gamers and football fans will always opt for Pro Evo.

pro evo, i just prefer the feel of the players on the pitch. I'm not all that bothered about having accurate names and the suchlike. I'm yet to play fifa 05 and i've heard that it's an improvement on 04 but that doesn't mean it'll be as good as pes4... mostly because i didn't like fifa 04 at all.

I really like the create-a-player mode, as well as the new career mode for FIFA 05. The new career mode allows you to take a lesser-quality team up through the ranks your first season, and you can accumulate more job offers as you go on, or stay with the same team. It allows you to build up your staff and roster very well (the points you earn by winning give more upgrades to your staff which in effect reflect on the quality of your players). I think it's the most team-oriented FIFA yet, and captures the game pretty well.

pro evo is a better game. although fifa has more teams and pro evo has fake names for all the teams and players, pro evo's gameplay is sooo much better. go get the new pro evo game!

I like the old Fifa's a lot. But when I saw my cousin playing Pro Evo it looked pretty good.

I'm a Fifa man myself, mainly because of the license, I love taking the Toon out at St James'. Also I don't think the gameplays that bad, the first touch thing is really good but I don't think they can improve it too much. They can obviously, but its not that much change from the previous year.

PES is more realistic and has better gameplay, but for fun i'd rather play Fifa

Pro Ev... definitely.

I haven't played Fifa 2005, but watching people play 04 bored me to tears.... every goal was pretty much the same, and a lot of them just involved the player running in a straight line from kick off into the box, then blasting it into the top corner.

Pro Ev's definitely more challenging and real, but Fifa has the endorsements... and the better commentary.
