I personally love Operation Ivy. I've got Energy, and I've been trying to find Unreleased Energy, but I heard the songs on it don't have a very high quality sound. I just wanna know if the sound is good enough to make it an album worth buying, and I also wanna know if anyone knows where I can get a copy. Thanks.

I have it. The quality on most of it sucks. But it's still a good album.
What's on it? Songs from their abandoned recording sessions for 'Energy'. A couple good songs you can find on Limewire or something to the likes of it are Hedgecore and Hangin' Out.

Good luck finding unreleased energy. I was bidding on that, along with "Lint Rides Again" on ebay, when Rancid complained to Ebay about it. I guess it must be a bootleg or something. But it was pulled from Ebay. Complaining about copyright laws cuz you lost a few bucks 17 years ago.....that's really punk. Don't get me wrong, Rancid is my favorite band, and I love Operation Ivy, but that was a pretty capitalist move. I understan they have to make their money, but Operation Ivy has been broken up for 17 years. I think Tim should just let things like that go. It's not like he is poor.
