Black metal song

Hi.

I was hoping for some crit on a black metal song or two I was working on. The quality of the recording's pretty bad because they're basically rehearsals, the drums are computerised, and everything else is done by me (including vocals, unfortunately). At some point a full band will take these on, and I will only play guitar, as well as have a chance to improve solos (basically, the solos which are there are just markers to show where they'll go eventually).

I recently got an 8-track and am planning on recording black metal. I already have one song. I noticed your Anaal Nathrakh avatar. My vocals sound identical to V.I.T.R.I.O.L.'s. :thumb:

I need help on using the computerised drums though. I will send in some of my stuff sometime soon. I will give this a listen now.

It's kinda generic. But who cares.

Your vocals on Reaper of Souls remind me kind of like Burning Winds, kinda whispery.

Keep it coming. Could you please help me with computerised drums? What program do you use?

I actually use PC Drummer, I'm sure no one else does because it's pretty crappy. It's a simple interface to use, even if the samples sound terrible. And yeah, I stole it, I think you're supposed to pay $30 or something, but I just got it off Kazaa. I plan to get one similar to the one Anaal Nathrakh use (ie. a real one, not one on a computer) but I can't afford it yet.

Well, if I knew of Fruity Loops when I got PC Drummer, I'd probably have stolen that instead... eventually I'll get a drumkit and I won't have to bother with this stuff. I hate the sound of the drums on these tracks, when I get to re-record them I'll be delighted.

The lyrics to Change are whiny emo bullshit, and far worse written than the others, so I'd rather not even go there. Besides, I ****ed up when I was recording the vocals, so everything is out of time. Couldn't be arsed recording it again.
