Is there a professional sports game (NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, Soccer, NASCAR) that there was a defeat that made you wanna go crazy? I have one...remember the Music City Miracle? Well, i was going for Buffalo to win, which they were gonna until the backwards laterall happened. So I was now pulling for the Titans to win the Super Bowl...and what happens? They lose by ONE YARD! Omg how pissed I was...

The most aggravating thing that has ever happened to me in sport was when Manchester United were put out of the Champions League by FC Porto. Costinha scoring a soft goal in the last minute when Paul Scholes already had the ball in the net earlier in the game but it was ruled out for offside. It was clear that he was at least 1 yard onside. I punched a hole in my wardrobe because of that.

When the Yankees beat the Orioles back in '95 or '96 in the ALCS becuse that little ****shit Jeffrey Maier reached over the right-field wall in Yankee stadium and snatched the ball right over Tony Tarasco's head. The kid deserves to be thrown into a pit of **** and forced to eat his way out.

Game 7. 2003 ALCS. Need I say more?

Fortunately, we exorcised those demons the next year.

Im a NASCAR guy. Most aggravating thing for me had to be Kurt Busch taking the cup (even with that blown tire and almost hitting the divider...that was bullshit). And I can predict that my most aggravating moment of next season will be that Mark Martin will have retired without ever winning the cup. :upset:

Probably when the Raiders lost the super bowl to Tampa Bay. Its the first time any of my favorite teams in any sport have made it to their respective "big game", then they got destroyed. Hopefully next time its different.

97' Series, Indians vs Marlins. Indians are up by 2 runs I think, they brought the champagne into the locker room, then in the 9th, they bring in Jose Mesa, who loses the game. What the hell.

Every NASCAR race, because I do not understand how anyone finds it entertaining.

2003 NLCS game 6 Cubs vs. Marlins. Steve Bartman ring any bells? I'm still waiting for "next year".

Ahaha. ****ing Giants. Oh well, I can't stand the Angels either.

For me it would have to be when the Lakers lost to the Pistons in the Finals. It led to the demise of the present-day Lakers.

I haven't cared that much about sports in a long time.

However, the final of Euro '96 was gutting for me, because I'd put money (£5, I think, maybe £10) on Czech Republic winning the thing at the start of the tournament, at odds of something like 75-1. Needless to say, I would've been rich beyond my wildest pre-teen dreams had they won. But, Germany scored a Golden Goal in extra time, which meant they won. And it was one of the lamest goals you'll ever see.

When Wrexham were knocked out of the FA Cup Quarter Final against Chesterfield (of all teams) in 1997 I cried.
