Xbox Problem

Just brought a new xbox and it just won't read burnout 3. It reads Mortal kombat deception, THUG 2, Midtown Madness 3 with no problems. The Disc looks perfect and I ran a lens cleaning cd through the xbox..

Anyone ever had a problem like this?
Is there some sorta DVD format that can cause these problems?
Burnout 3 runs fine on my flatmates Modded xbox, so maybe it is having trouble reading the xbox disc signature or something.

I'll take it back tomorrow and swap it with another, but I have a feeling it will do it again.

Take it back. I'd actually say get another title, but Burnout's an OK game.

UPDATE

Returned it and got a new copy, same thing happens. Must be the dvd drive. Think i'm gonna get microsoft to replace it since its still under warrenty.
