Has anyone noticed that Warrior within sucks?

Ive just got to the it where you have to activate the 2 towers to get water flowing in the moat. I did the first one ok, but the second one was in the wonrg time zone, so I had to go back and change it. I cant get back, Im ****ing stuck in the place, its nigh on impossible to get out!

This game has too much crappy platforming, and not enough combat. Swinging on ropes, running along walls and hanging of ledges is sooo tomb raider II.

yes...i agree

i played a demo of the second one and knew right away that it wasn't the same. The graphics look SO much different (and worse) than the first game's, and i also thought that the controls were a bit sluggish...

but I will admit this-some of the new moves are pretty awesome.

I've only played the demo i enjoyed that though. I heard that the timezone thing was annoying. and that there was too much platforming, but there was heaps in the original too. what did you think about that?

the 2-d prince of persia games were quite fun, but warrior within sucks big time. it looks good judging by the ads on TV, but its not.

I havnt pleyed it but your moaning abuot there being too many puzzles?? The puzzles are the best part, much better than combat.

The Jumpy sections suck ****, they are poorly planned and poorly implemented.

get Ninja Gaiden, it's much better.

Truth. If you want more action and less puzzles, get Ninja Gaiden.

yeh but ninja Gaiden is only on xbox isnt it? if you had Prince of Persia (on PC or PS2) then you would have to get an xobx to play it,

I hated the first Prince of Persia for these consoles, and I hated warrior within. The novelty of the running on the walls and special moves get old REALLY fast. :thumb:

I played the demo and didn't really like it, but I wasn't a big fan of Sands of Time either. And what's with that terrible, terrible Godsmack song they chose for the game? I mean, anything would have been better. Anything.

I wouldn't. I tried the demo and it's a lot different from SOT. But if you're a hardcore collector and you want it then it's your choice.

It looked bad and stupid. My friend played it and loved it....but he got stuck in the same part as you did and well...you have to restart :lol: Have fun :thumb:

I played a demo of it...it is the greatest. January 10th? Its out next winter i think.

You don't have to go back at that part, you just keep going forward.. you find a portal eventually...
